Do I need a credit card?
No. We never ask for payment information to activate this.
What happens after 12 months?
Nothing automatic. We'll ask if you'd like to continue at $13.75 a month. If you don't answer, the plan simply ends.
Will you try to sell me a new system?
No. Our technicians aren't paid on commission. You'll get a written report on your home's systems, and the decisions are yours.
Who qualifies?
New 365 customers who bought a home in our service area in the last 12 months. One per household.
What if I need a repair?
Call us. Repairs are billed normally, and you'll see the price before any work starts.
