Are your technicians paid on commission?
No. Our technicians and comfort advisors are paid for doing good work, not for what they sell. It's why we can tell you when a repair makes more sense than a new system.
Do you charge a fee to come out?
Yes, a diagnostic fee, which tells you exactly what's wrong and what each option costs. Preferred and Complete plan members never pay an after-hours dispatch fee.
How fast can you get here?
Most calls are scheduled the same or next day. Protection Plan members get priority during the summer rush. If it's urgent, call us; booking online also works and we'll confirm by text.
Do you do plumbing too?
Yes. We're licensed for both HVAC (CMC1251581) and plumbing (CFC1432730): water heaters, leaks, drains, repiping, water treatment and more.
