Can you add air conditioning to a historic home without tearing it apart?

Usually, yes. Ductless mini-splits cool individual rooms with no ductwork, and carefully routed small ducts can serve the rest. We look at the house first — many San Marco, Riverside and Avondale homes already have a system that just needs its ductwork fixed.

Does Jacksonville have hard water?
