Fruit Cove was settled long before the master-planned communities arrived. Should I repipe an older Fruit Cove home?

My AC is new but the house still will not cool — why?
In a 1980s or 90s home the ductwork is often the problem, not the equipment. Leaking, crushed or undersized ducts in the attic can waste a third of a new system’s output. We test the ducts before recommending anything, and repair or replace them when that is the real fix.
