What we see most in St. Augustine homes

St. Augustine has the widest range of housing in Northeast Florida — century-old homes downtown, 1950s–70s block houses in Davis Shores and the Shores, 2000s golf communities at World Golf Village and Palencia, and brand-new construction along CR 210 and US 1. Old drains and old pipes in the older neighborhoods

Homes from the 1950s through the 1970s often still have cast-iron drain lines that are rusting from the inside and galvanized or early copper supply lines that leak.
