Salt air eats condensers

Old pipes in old houses

Cottages and duplexes from the 1940s through the 1970s often still have cast-iron drains rusting from the inside and galvanized or early copper supply lines. Slow drains, sewer smells and repeat leaks are the signs. Hard water and humidity
