What we see most in Palm Valley homes

Palm Valley is the old, low-density heart of the Ponte Vedra area — big lots, waterfront homes on the Intracoastal, houses from the 1970s through the 2020s, and a real mix of city water, wells and septic. The problems we see here are different from the subdivisions on either side of it:

Wells, pressure tanks and iron water

Plenty of Palm Valley properties are still on private wells. Low pressure, short-cycling pumps, rusty-orange staining and a sulfur smell are the calls we get. Yes. We replace well pressure tanks, repair well plumbing and install iron, sulfur and softening treatment sized for well water. If you are not sure whether your problem is the well or the house plumbing, we can tell you on the first visit.

Does Palm Valley have hard water?
